Sales representatives present and sell our Programs by contacting potential clients, present programs, services, answer questions and discuss pricing.

Job Brief

We’re looking for a motivated, organized and results-driven Sales Representative to close sales and boost our client base. You will utilize established leads and find new leads for potential clients.

After making contact, you will present the benefits of our programs and services, helping them understand how these programs can help them and their business and also negotiating contracts with potential clients.

The ideal Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost top-line revenue growth, client acquisition levels and profitability.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role and a solid history of closing sales is an advantage, but we are also willing to train the right person.


  • Engage in sales conversations with potential clients and enroll them in company program(s) – negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • ​Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders, as well as obtaining deposits and balance of payments from clients
  • ​Maintaining client records and answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
  • ​Be available for weekly sales team meeting calls and accessible via Voxer throughout to day for check-ins and team communication
  • ​Meet with Sales Team Manager as scheduled
  • ​Perform, track and manage activities on company platforms as trained and supported by admin team – includes Close, Slack, Voxer, ScheduleOnce, Gmail and Google Calendar
  • ​Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • ​Create lead list from the company lead funnels and platforms, including but not limited to social media, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube
  • ​Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships 
  • ​Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • ​Achieve or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule 
  • ​Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies and coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • ​Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • ​Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • ​Keep up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends
  • ​Continuously improve through feedback


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative 
  • ​Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • ​Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills – ability to quickly build rapport with clients
  • ​Prioritizing, time-management and organizational skills
  • ​Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs
  • ​Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • ​Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field is a plus
  • ​Understanding of the sale process and dynamics
  • ​A commitment to excellent client service
  • ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ​Tech savvy and experience in platforms like Slack, Gdrive, Close, ScheduleOnce etc.
